Domestic Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted courier services.

• Standard and express delivery: Available options and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

• Tracking: Orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your delivery.

• Delivery timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected. Shipping time is additional to the processing time required to make your order.

• Delays: Delays may occur during busy periods, including Christmas, Easter and public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

• Remote locations: Some remote addresses may not be serviced door-to-door. If this applies to your delivery, your parcel may need to be collected from a local depot, business or Australia Post office.

• Large orders: Orders weighing more than 5 kg are sent using courier services.

Please allow enough time for both production and delivery when ordering for a special occasion or event. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Local Pick Up

Free local pickup is available from Allawah, NSW.

Select the pick-up option during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email and SMS with the collection address and available pickup times.
