Domestic Delivery
All orders are sent with tracking using our trusted courier services or Australia Post. Options of standard and express delivery are available and the cost of delivery will be estimated during the checkout process.
We will endeavour to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified when you place your order however we will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to possible delay.
Due to high delivery demands and business closures, delays may occur during Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
Please note that that there are limitations on all courier networks and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot, local business or Australia Post office and you will be contacted to collect your goods.
Bulk orders above 5kgs will be sent using Courier Services only.
Pick Up
All orders placed have the option of delivery or pick up during checkout. When pick up is selected, an email and SMS containing the pick up address along with allocated pick up times will be sent once the order is ready.
International
Unfortunately at this time, we are only offering delivery to Australia.
